"The Boss related to the audience in more ways than one. He acknowledged people in the crowd more than once. We weren't just a dollar in Foreigner's pocket. He talked to us at times when many acts perform and get out of there not bothering with small talk. Probably the last time we will see the group in concert. He thoroughly enjoyed performing for us as much as we enjoyed his show. Not to mention coming out in the audience three times to shake, slap hands, smile, be carried literally by the crowd back to the stage area. But that makes a difference when you show you care. It was as much an experience for Bruce as it was to us. He knew what was happening around him. This was not a concert in trance. The amount of energy that goes into these shows is immense, and at the age of these guys, it might be time to say 'it was a nice run.' But if he returns, I'll be there!"
